Here are a few things to keep in mind while approaching your start date.

  • While we work tirelessly to complete prior projects and commitments, mother nature always has other plans. Rain, inclement weather, and change orders have the potential to delay your requested start date and or requested completion date.

  • We highly suggest meeting/walking the project prior to breaking ground. The purpose of this is to inform us of rough utility locations (water lines, sewer, electrical, gas lines, etc) not marked in our work zone and to confirm the scope of work one last time.

  • Should you, the client, consider a change order mid project, please bring it to our attention so we may begin your approval process A.S.A.P. We strive to complete your project on schedule and want to avoid any delays concerning backordered materials.
