Annual Service Agreement

  • The service provider will deliver the following services as outlined in the service scope:

    • Start-up of the irrigation system in spring.

    • Inspection of the irrigation system twice during mid-summer and once in late summer or early fall.

    • Service calls to check moisture content in turf and beds and report any identified issues.

    • Minor adjustments to the irrigation system as necessary.

  1. Client Responsibilities

  • The client agrees to provide access to the property for scheduled service visits.

  • The client will inform the service provider of any noticeable issues with the irrigation system between scheduled inspections.

  • The client agrees to provide gate codes and garage codes to gain access to the system controls.

  1. Reporting and Approvals

  • The service provider will report any identified issues, including pipe breaks, broken heads, malfunctioning zones, and inadequate coverage areas, to the client.

  • All additional charges for repairs or services not included in the original scope of work must be approved by the client before implementation.

  1. Payment Terms

  • A credit card is required to be on file before service appointment is made.

  • Payment for services rendered is due upon completion of the specified services, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

  • The service provider reserves the right to charge interest on any late payments.

  1. Liability

  • The service provider is not liable for any damages resulting from system failure or issues not reported by the client.

  • The service provider carries liability insurance and will provide proof of coverage upon request.

  1. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • The client may cancel or reschedule a service appointment with at least 24 hours' notice without penalty.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee.

  1. Force Majeure

  • The service provider shall not be held liable for any delays or failures to perform services due to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to natural disasters, weather conditions, or other unforeseen events.

  1. Amendments

  • The service provider reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.

  1. Acceptance

  • By engaging in services with the service provider, the client agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
